Dance, Pilates and Core Work: Designed for the Post Partum Bodies

Babies are invited! We are a baby friendly space, we have all you need for an infant. We have baby carriers, diapers, wipes, a huge changing table, bouncers, mats, toys, high chairs, fridge and microwave for all your milk/formula needs. This Class is for non-mobile babies

Mom and baby dance workout: dance with your baby in this fun class for moms of new babies. For the first 20 minutes we will dance while holding our babies or with baby carriers, and then we will spend 20 minutes with pilates and Core work. The last 20 minutes of class will be for winding down stretching and chating with other moms

Joy Morris: Instructor

My name is Joy Morris ! I am dancer, yoga, pilates and fitness instructor and freelance performer. I graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Dance Performance in 2012, where ballet was the focus of my major. I also have training in gymnastics and acrobatics, which I love to teach.

I love hanging out with my family! I have a 6 year old daughter, Lololi, and a four month old baby girl Xola. My fiance Aerick and I are also getting married in June. I am so excited to start offering classes at Topanga studio to help other moms connect, get fit and have fun!
