Daniel Tiger is the wisest pre-schooler of all time. We will harness his wisdom to learn some pretty big life lessons. This session will focus on body control and not letting our emotions control our body. We will sing our way through learning to calm down and being kind with our bodies. We will role play our favorite characters from the epic PBS cartoon! Parents must be on premises for this class. This class is does not include snack due to the time of the class being so close to dinner.
